Getting Into The Groove With Rebecca Soni

Underwater Audio.com launched a new swim audio workout featuring Olympic champion and open water swimmer Rebecca Soni. Her 30-minute workout covers her warm-up, focused technique drills, intervals, and cool down.

Her 30-minute workout includes a 5-minute easy swim with freestyle and backstroke, a 5-minute kicking set, a 5-minute pulling set, a 12-minute set with 4 minutes at 70% effort breaststroke, then backstroke 4 minutes at 80% effort, and freestyle at 90% effort, culminating in a 2.5-minute cool-down.
