In addition to her Manhattan Island Marathon Swim colleagues Doug McConnell, John Walker, and Fionnuala Walsh this weekend, Joelle Beard from Willard, Utah joined the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming.

There are now 88 individuals in history who have completed the Triple Crown.*

* a crossing of the English Channel, a crossing of the Catalina Channel, and a circumnavigation swim at the Manhattan Island Marathon Swim in New York.
