Coconut Water Tastes Great, Less Filling

We find the pure water of fresh organic coconuts to be a great refresher after ocean swims.

Coconut water, the clear liquid inside young green coconuts, is often called one of nature’s great creations for its rapid, restoring rehydration properties is loaded with electrolytes, potassium, magnesium and calcium and a variety of antioxidants.

Some swimmers greatly enjoy its taste, but others frankly dislike it. We are on the ‘taste great’ side of the equation.
