Quadrupedal Movement For Exercise

Many people, especially practitioners of Parkour and Freerunning, find benefit in using quadrupedal movement in order to build full body strength. Moving quadrupedally exercises the thighs, core, shoulders, and triceps.

Quadrupedal movement for exercise sounds to us very much like the sport of swimming or aquaour.
