Triceps vs. Biceps In The Water And On Land

Many young males have traditionally worked on developing large biceps, one visible sign of strength.

But rather than bulging biceps over time, it is the triceps that are the larger, stronger and an equally important muscles. And those triceps are very easily strengthened with swimming,

As most individuals get older, most parts of their bodies sag more and more, which is especially true for the triceps muscles on non-swimmers. But not for swimmers.
