Red Bull Surf & Rescue is a multi-discipline lifeguard competition held in Atlantic City on the seaside community on Absecon Island in New Jersey in July. The competition pits 4-person teams (3 men + 1 woman) from Cape May to Sandy Hook in an intra-New Jersey competition. The disciplines includes ocean swimming, prone paddle board, and Van Duyne Rescue Boat.
