Nonumb is a simple plastic band that goes around the forefinger and other fingers to help enhance paddling while surfing.

We have not yet tried it, but we think it would be interesting to try it out not only while open water swimming in cold water, but also in the pool when we tend to spread our fingers too widely on our arm strokes.
