British channel swimmer and coach Chris Sifleet and Greek triathlon coach Armandos Linardos offer stroke analysis and nutritional advice for a week on the beautiful island of Spetses in Greece.
The week-long training camp culminates in the Spetses Marathon, a 3 km and 5 km sea swim between the island of Costa and Spetses.
