Adrian Sarchet completed a 17 hour 24 minute crossing of the Molokai Channel on July 11th.

Under the escort of Captain Michael Twigg-Smith and escort kayaker Jeff Kozlovich, Sarchet’s crossing was universally described as brutal.

It was an emotional finish for Adrian Monday evening as he completed his solo swim of the Ka’iwi Channel. The Guernsey native has now successfully swam five of the Oceans Seven channels,” explains videographer Aaron Begle.

Sarchet’s first-hand account of his crossing is posted here.
