Chris Morgan explains about some of his most unusual workouts while coaching in Switzerland, “I used to take my swimmers about 3 times per week to where Lake Geneva (blue water) meets up the the Rhône River (grayish water).

It is the most amazing spot for open water swimming. We swim right along the edge where the two bodies of water meet. With our goggles on, one side is milky and the other is clear. It is so nice to swim and experience this dramatic difference with each stroke.”
