The IV Ultramaratona Aquática da Ilha do Mel is a 13 km and 23 km marathon swimming competition held in Paranaguá – Praia do Farol, na Ilha do Mel, Brazil.

Swimmers in the 23 km course have to face tidal changes (against them) along the course that showcases the beautifully clear water and many dolphins, especially between 10-18 km.
