Glenda Carroll announced that the Pacific Masters in northern Califoria is offering a 10K Open Water Workshop on January 8th that was immediately oversold.

With more than four times the expected turnout, the 2.5-hour workshop filled a need for the open water swimmers of the San Francisco Bay area.

The workshop includes how to approach training (both physical and mental preparation), feeding during a race, race day preparation and recovering after the race. The all-star list of coaches include Lisa Hazen (shown on left), Suzanne Heim-Bowen, and Dave Brancamp.
