The World Swimming Association in partnership with the World Swimming Coaches Association and the American Swimming Coaches Association is building an organization that is athlete-centered, transparent, clean and owned by the participants, coaches and athletes.
For US$15 for United States residents and US$5 for non-United States residents, anyone can become a member.
“Swimmers need a process and a sport they can fully believe in,” explains John Leonard [and George Block [shown on left].
“They need assurance that, after many years of training and sacrifice, they will have the opportunity to compete in a world-class meet against clean competition. They need assurance that the rewards and majority of revenues made off their hard work will go to them – the athletes.
In the developing world, our swimmers need assurance that pools are accessible and have clean water.
Join us and be part of the solution in swimming. Joining the World Swimming Association is voluntary choice of our members. Make that choice today and help us advance our sport.”
