Milko van Gool completed his third Oceans Seven channel yesterday.

With a vast amount of experience under his swim cap while crossing the English Channel, North Channel, Lake Malawi, Bangla Channel, Rottnest Channel, and Ijsselmeer, the rough water conditions that he faced during his 9 hour 26 minute crossing did not faze the Dutch swimmer.

He became the first Dutchman to swim across the Catalina Channel under the escort assistance of Dan Simonelli, Julie Bender and Roxie Hipolito.
