Diana Nyad gave a one-woman show, The Courage to Fail, at the Studios of Key West this April.
She is now following up that success with an off-Broadway performance at The Minetta Lane Theater on September 26th – 28th.
For 30 years, Nyad was a prominent sports broadcaster, radio host, and journalist, traveling the world and producing compelling stories about well-known and little-known athletes and incredible individuals for National Public Radio, ABC’S Wide World of Sports, Marketplace business news, and CBS News’ Sunday Morning.
In addition to writing for The New York Times, National Public Radio’s All Things Considered, and Newsweek Magazine, she has written four books :
- Other Shores in 1978
- Basic Training for Women in 1981
- Boss of Me: The Keyshawn Johnson Story in 1999
- Find a Way: One Wild and Precious Life in 2015
