Dr. Karah Nazor announced the opening of the registration for the 10-mile Swim the Suck on October 6th, 2012. With the field limited to 60, the spots will fill up quickly, especially with the first few spots taken by some well-traveled swimmers. “Australian Penny Palfrey is possibly the world’s greatest ultramarathon swimmer. She’s going for a Cuba to Florida swim [in June] and her husband Chris will be swimming the Swim The Suck as well. Martin Strel, the Big River Man, is also interested in joining.”
