Nino Fazio always seems to have a smile on his face, especially before and after his recent 23K swim from Vulcano (one of the Aeolian Islands) to Capo Milazzo on the Sicilian shore.

After 6 hours and 50 minutes in the water, Nino explained, “It was a hard swim, although the sea was very calm for almost 4 hours. A faint, but consistent current was flowing against me all the time.
