Olympic Champion Joins Tens Of Thousands In Midmar

2016 Olympic champion Ferry Weertman of the Netherlands joined thousands of swimmers today at the 44th annual aQuellé Midmar Mile in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa.

While his much anticipated race against 7-time Midmar Mile champion Chad Ho is tomorrow, Weertman wanted to gain a bit more experience swimming the mile-long point-to-point race.
