2-time Olympian Troyden Hercules Prinsloo from South Africa will join over 17,000 other swimmers of all ages and abilities at the 2013 aQuellé Midmar Mile this weekend. He is looking to capture his third overall title.

Over 14,500 individuals have pre-registered with another 3,000 – 4,000 people expected to use the late registration process. There are expected to be over 60 sets of twins participating as well as a handful of triplets.
