Four Wide In The Strait Of Gibraltar

Four French swimmers 47-year-old Marc Piquemal, 47-year-old Manuel Jaffrin, 53-year-old Christophe Primault and 52-year-old Thierry Mieth successfully crossed the Strait of Gibraltar between Spain and Morocco in May 2019 with wetsuits in the 16.5°C water.  Jaffrin and Primault finished in 4 hours 12 minutes while Mieth and Piquemal in 4 hours 13 minutes with a mild west wind.
