A great story of twin brothers swimming comes out of Croatia where Andrej Pribac and Aljoša Pribac of Slovenia) finished within a second of each other: Andrej was 5th in 4 hours 2 minutes 26 seconds and Aljoša was 6th in 4 hours 2 minutes 27 seconds on September 10th.

It was the second year in a row where the two brothers finished so close in the 16 km Faros Maratón in Stari Grad Bay, Croatia.

In August 2018, the brothers finished right next to one another. Andrej finished 11th in the 16 km Faros Maratón in 3:53:54.1 while Aljoša finished in 3:53:54.1.
