Simone Ruffini won the inaugural 10K marathon swim at the 26th Universiade (World University Games) held in Seven Star Bay in Shenzhen, China on August 13th. The first event of the 26th Universiade kicked off the event in grand style under a bright sunny day with the water temperature a bit over 30C.
