80-year-old Mrs. Lau of Hong Kong swims in the sea every morning, starting at 5 am in the summer. This is her short story of her long life as the fifth minute of the community-built video called My Ocean. My Ocean will be shown at the upcoming Hong Kong-San Francisco Ocean Film Festival.
