Paul Bieber Sets Ice Swimming Record

Josef Köberl, president of the Austrian Ice Swimming Association, reported that 37-year-old Paul Bieber set the German national ice swimming record by covering 2,140 meters (1.37 miles) in 43 minutes 3 seconds. He completed the Ice Mile on January 30th in 4.90°C water and 3.20°C air.
