In two days, Lewis Pugh begins the first part of his unprecedented swim to undertake an incredibly 1K swim in a glacial lake under the summit of Mount Everest. But he first has to climb up to over 17,000 feet (nearly 6,000 meters). As Lewis helps to draw attention to the melting glaciers, he will be updating his adventure via Twitter and Facebook.
