“I had a different strategy than usual,” said Chip Peterson to Shelley Taylor-Smith about his victory in 2010 Pan Pacific Swimming Champioships yesterday. “I pushed the pace early and it paid off in the end.”

If there is anyone to emulate in the open water in terms of sighting technique, you gotta watch Chip in the water.
