Olympic Coach John Dussliere On The Morning Swim Show

American Olympic 10km Marathon Swim coach John Dussliere appeared on the Morning Swim Show here. Coach Dussliere is the Head Coach at Santa Barbara Swim Club and coached Mark Warkentin at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

He talks about the Olympic 10km Marathon Swim course (“…it’s going to be groundbreaking as far as making it spectator friendly…”), the adaptability of professional marathon swimmers (“…these open water athletes [are] going to adapt to any course that you put them in…”), the top American women (“…Christine Jennings…Ashley Twichell…Eva Fabian…”), and the maximum allowable water temperature for USA Swimming competitions (“…28°C is what a lot of the athletes were asking to have set as the standard…”).
