Trent Grimsey Wins Traversée internationale du lac St-Jean

With 11-time winner Petar Stoychev in Germany getting ready for the Olympic marathon swim in London, the door was open for Trent Grimsey to win the 58th Traversée internationale du lac St-Jean in Roberval, Canada.

And he burst through in victorious fashion.

But Grimsey‘s chase of Stoychev is not over. He will be heading over to England next week with the goal of breaking Stoychev’s English Channel record of 6 hours 57 minutes.
