The Long Haul, Preparing For The Summer Season
Le Club Aquatique LaSalle Aquatic Club is preparing its swimmers for the short summer season in Canada even now.
“We are doing more distance freestyle swims like the 2500m, 5000m and 10,000m pool swims that we have planned,” said head coach Mohamed Marouf. “We started a few years ago with only 2 swimmers participating in these long swims, but now we have nearly 100 young kids entered in these races.
This helps us prepare earlier for the open water swims during our summer here in Quebec.”
