Raising Green In Greenwich
In Connecticut, the East Coast hotbed of marathon swimming, Kerry Anderson and Jacque Lang, Co-Event Directors of the 0.5-, 1.5-, 3-, and 5-mile Swim Across America in Greenwich, announced a total amount raised of over US$300,000…and their race is yet to take place.
Their goal is US$400,000 by next Saturday’s open water swim. That’s a lot of green raised in Greenwich.
