Martina Grimaldi Goes 2 For 2 Heading Into Barcelona
Martina Grimaldi won the Italian National Open Water Swimming Championships in the 5 km event in addition to her earlier 10 km victory.
On the men’s side, Federico Vanelli on in another close race. The winners are selected to represent Italy at the upcoming World Championships in Barcelona.
While the 5 km and 10 km Italian representatives have been chosen, Italy’s 25 km championships will be held this Sunday, June 16th.
